Founded in December 2021, Athru was launched as a direct-to-consumer performance athletic wear brand. After its initial launch, Athru pivoted to B2B sales targeting content creators and small communities looking to monetize on their followings. The business was sunsetted in early 2023 as a profitable venture with revenue 3x initial investment and is still widely worn in the NYC running community.
